【 摘 要 】

This study examines the origins and evolution of business education partnerships in order to better understand the present relationship between the private sector and the schools. In addition, two program typologies are examined. The examination of the evolution of the relationship between business and education and the typologies provide a framework to evaluate the case studies and to consider the future of the relationship. The issues in this research paper involve a two-part question : 1) what is the new role of business in the current educational reform movement; and 2) what is its effect on the students and the schools.
