【 摘 要 】

This report is the primary output fromthe climate change impact and adaptation study for theBangkok Metropolitan Region (BMR) produced for the BangkokMetropolitan Administration (BMA) with financial supportprovided by the World Bank. The report concerns climatechange, and provides an analysis of climate change impactsand adaptation options for the BMR. In addition to the moregeneral matters on the physical setting and socioeconomicsof BMR, the report considers a number of issues related toclimate change in detail. These are: changes in theinundation pattern, and impact on the population andsocioeconomics, and coping mechanisms to deal with thechanged situation.
