This note describes the innovativeexperience generated from this request: a country-ledPoverty and Social Impact Analysis (PSIA). The project wasdesigned to transfer capacity on how to measuredistributional impacts of agricultural policies toSecretaria de Agricultura y Ganaderia (SAG) staff and toresearchers and students from agricultural colleges. It alsoaimed at assessing the socio-economic impacts of theGovernment of Honduras (GoH's) response to the foodcrisis through the Bono tecnologico program. The project wasdeveloped in partnership with Regional Unit for TechnicalAssistance (RUTA), and financed by the German DevelopmentCooperation, through the German PSIA Trust Fund.
