【 摘 要 】

The analysis of the distributionalimpact of policy reforms on the well-being or welfare ofdifferent stakeholder groups, particularly on the poor andvulnerable, has an important role in the elaboration andimplementation of poverty reduction strategies in developingcountries. In recent years this type of work has beenlabeled as Poverty and Social Impact Analysis (PSIA) and isincreasingly implemented to promote evidence-based policychoices and foster debate on policy reform options.
