【 摘 要 】

The purpose of this report is to assessthe climate change impacts on water resources in Romaniafrom an integrated, multi-sectoral perspective, and torecommend priority actions for addressing the identifiedrisks and opportunities. The analysis is presented from anintegrated water resources perspective, thereby includingall pertinent water-related sectors, viz. municipal watersupply and sanitation, industrial water supply, agriculture,energy generation, environment, and disaster management.More details on specific water-related aspects can be foundin the companion rapid assessment reports for the energy,urban, and agricultural and rural development sectors. Therecommended priority actions are presented in the context ofconsideration for possible financing under the operationalprograms funded by the European Structural and InvestmentFunds (ESIF) in 2014-2020 planning horizon. This analysis isbased on the available information on the current status ofwater resources sector in Romania, along with the existingknowledge on the anticipated impacts of climate change inthis sector.
