This document draws on ExtractiveIndustries Transparency Initiative (EITI) countryimplementation experience and contains the summary reportand recommendations of a consultation process. The goal ofthe consultation process was to examine and recommend waysto strengthen EITI reporting by building on existing EITIpolicy guidance, while streamlining the reports andpromoting qualitative improvements in disclosure withinthem. Accordingly, the recommendations in this document areaddressed to the EITI International Secretariat and throughit, to the EITI Board, as well as stakeholders inEITI-implementing countries.
