【 摘 要 】
Nigeria's vision of 2020 is a bolddesire to be among the top twenty economies by the year2020. The economy has posted impressive growth figures since2003 driven by higher oil prices and a series of home-grown,economic reforms. The country is now firmly on the road tomiddle-income status. This Investment Climate Analysis isbuilt on a 2,300 firm survey and provides evidence-basedrecommendations designed to support the vision 2020. Surveyresults represent investment climate status in Nigeria andare grouped by the following topics: firm productivity andbusiness environment, comparison of state level investmentclimates, access to finance, entrepreneurship and managerialcapacity in firms, and investment climate aspects. Theauthors conclude that stakeholder consultations on thediagnostic work, policy assessment, and design would improveNigeria's investment climate.
