【 摘 要 】

This knowledge note addresses theimportance of quality monitoring and evaluation in thedisaster context. It provides an overview of how each can beused differently in the ex ante and ex post disasterscenarios. Finally, general guidance is given on how toconstruct a logical framework for evaluating disaster riskmanagement projects by presenting best practices from threerecent projects.
