【 摘 要 】

Financial inclusion is about introducingjustice and equity in financial systems and focuses on: (i)extending financial services to previously excludedpopulations and micro-entrepreneurs; (ii) empowering thepoor and low income populations that have largely beenexcluded from access to financial services; and (iii)extending access through provision of holistic servicesranging from credit delivery to deposits, insurance andpensions and other financial services.
