【 摘 要 】

Climate change is anthropogenic - theproduct of billions of acts of daily consumption. Thatsolutions need to be anthropogenic too is well accepted.Yet, suggested solutions are normally cast in the realms offinance and technology, often neglecting the primal root ofthe problem: individual behavior. An emerging body ofsocial-psychology scholarship has examined the barriers anddrivers of individual behavior in relation to bothadaptation and mitigation. This paper reviews some of itsconclusions, and suggests policy areas that should beconsidered in devising appropriate interventions.
