【 摘 要 】

The Cameroon National AgriculturalExtension Project is a good practice example of partnershipbetween the government extension service and privateagro-input supply companies. The key to success is theability to leverage the comparative advantage of each partywithout compromising the efficiency, objectivity or theprinciples of the extension services. The private suppliersprovide new technology while the national extension serviceshares its experience in testing new technologies withfarmers through small-scale demonstration plots.
