【 摘 要 】

Indigenous knowledge and localinitiatives are usually documented and disseminated byoutsiders, who make their own interpretations in theprocess. Participatory Video (PV) provides an opportunityfor rural people to document their own knowledge andexperiences and to express their wants and hopes from theirown perspectives. All people in a community, whatever theirformal level of education, can use video to communicatetheir perspectives.
