【 摘 要 】

In recent years, international trade increative goods and services has been expanding. But thisupward march is not lifting all boats. Although manydeveloping countries are endowed with vast cultural wealth,they still lag behind. In addition, women are not faringwell. Much needs to be done to expand creative trade forhuman development. Suggestions here include implementing aWomen Artisan Trade Initiative, creating a cultural tradeindex, developing appropriate intellectual propertyinitiatives, and considering creative trade in economicdiversification strategies.
