This edition, based on the original Artof Knowledge of Knowledge Exchange: A Results-FocusedPlanning Guide for Development Practitioners, is customizedfor practitioners in the water sector to facilitatedesigning, implementing, and measuring results from theirknowledge exchange initiatives. This guide includes andrefers to case studies and other examples of successfulknowledge exchange initiatives in the water sector and alsothe lessons learned from implementing these initiatives forhigh development impact. It also reflects the experience ofdozens of World Bank Group staff, knowledge and learningprofessionals, government officials, and other internationaland development practitioners who have successfullyintegrated knowledge exchange as a part of a larger change process.
