This Country Private Sector Diagnostic(CPSD) identifies opportunities to stimulate sustainableeconomic growth and development by harnessing the power ofthe private sector in Angola. Applying a sectoral lens, itleverages the private sector’s knowledge and experience toaccelerate transformational investment. It also puts forwardoperational recommendations highlighting strategic entrypoints for diversification and growth, while addressing keyconstraints to private sector engagement. The CPSD discussesimplementation principles inspired by international goodpractices. It informs World Bank and IFC strategies, pavingthe way for joint programming to create markets and unlockprivate sector potential.
