【 摘 要 】

This report summarizes the World Bank’sactivities to support the Open Data efforts of developingcountries during the period 2012 - 2017. It is largelydescriptive, but Chapter 4 includes key analysis and lessonslearned. The main objectives of this report are to shareinformation within the World Bank and with its partners andclient countries, and to preserve the institutional memoryand highlight the lessons learned as a way to improve thedevelopment effectiveness of Open Data.
