This paper summarizes the key findingsof an 'After Action Review' (AAR) that reflects adecade of experience in designing and implementing tenHIV/AIDS projects in the Caribbean, financed by the WorldBank. The objective is to identify what worked (and whatdidn't) in the project approach, design andimplementation, distilling useful lessons for other projectsin small states.
