This report presents the results of theSABER-Teachers tool as applied in Singapore. A collaborativeeffort between the UNESCO International Task Force onTeachers for Education 2030 and the World Bank Group'sSABER-Teachers initiative made this report possible. Alldata collection, related analysis, and report preparationswere completed by UNESCO using the World Bank Group'sSABER tools. The report describes the performance ofSingapore's education system in achieving each of theeight teacher policy goals. It also contains comparativeinformation from education systems that have consistentlyscored highly on international student achievement tests andthose that have previously participated in theSABER-Teachers initiative.
