The report presents the results of theSABER-Teachers tool as applied in the Republic of Croatia(henceforth Croatia). A collaborative effort between theUNESCO International Task Force on Teachers for Education2030 and the World Bank Group's SABER-Teachersinitiative made this report possible. All data collection,related analysis and report preparations were completed byUNESCO using the World Bank Group's SABER tools. Thereport describes the performance of Croatia's educationsystem in achieving each of the eight teacher policy goals.It also contains comparative information from educationsystems that have consistently scored highly oninternational student achievement tests and those that havepreviously participated in the SABER-Teachers initiative.This report has been formally endorsed by the Ministry ofScience, Education and Sports of Croatia.
