【 摘 要 】

A set of case studies was prepared aspart of the World Bank’s Water Global Practice initiative“Wastewater. Shifting paradigms: from waste to resource” todocument existing experiences in the water sector on thetopic. The case studies highlight innovative financing andcontractual arrangements, innovative regulations andlegislation and innovative project designs that promoteintegrated planning, resource recovery and that enhance thefinancial and environmental sustainability of wastewatertreatment plants. This case study documents San Luis Potosí, Mexico.
