【 摘 要 】

This paper explores the existing body ofresearch linking a higher proportion of women in businessleadership—including on boards of directors and in seniormanagement—to improve overall company performance. Theauthors conducted a comprehensive literature review touncover substantial evidence connecting increased genderdiversity at the top with enhanced environmental, social,and governance standards. They identified equally strongevidence connecting better ESG with stronger corporateperformance, building a comprehensive business case for thevalue of women’s participation on boards and in senior management.
