One way the International FinanceCorporation (IFC) strengthens the overall businessenvironment is by making excellent training programsavailable to small and medium businesses. Business Edge is aperfect example. Local partner firms use these interactivelearning solutions to train and mentor small business ownersand their staff, resulting in more efficient businesses,higher employment, and stronger local economies. ThisSmartLesson shows the process methodology, including tips onhow IFC implemented Business Edge in Burkina Faso, offeringkey lessons learned in the process.
