New technologies help firms in emergingmarkets make significant gains. But these firms often facebarriers to successfully incorporating new technologies intotheir businesses. Emerging-market leaders, however, can takesteps to help firms overcome these barriers, includingstrengthening regulatory frameworks, improving education,fostering trade, and increasing access to finance.
