【 摘 要 】
Achieving inclusive and qualityeducation for all is a global priority, and policymakers arestill grappling with the best ways to ensure the poorest andmost marginalized children are in school and learning. About120 million children, many from rural areas, are still outof school, despite a recent global push for universal accessto education.
