The current initiative was one of sixpilot projects launched by the South Asia SustainableDevelopment Department of the World Bank aimed at theapplication of specific social accountability tools indifferent contexts of service delivery through the trustfund for Capacity Building and Piloting of SocialAccountability Initiatives for Community Driven Developmentin South Asia. This note summarizes the findings, processes,concerns, and lessons learned from the Andhra Pradesh pilot.
