【 摘 要 】

The purpose of this document is to review the existing SRTC design against the Nuclear Safety Design Bases for License Application (NSDB) requirements and to identify codes and standards and supplemental requirements to meet these requirements. If these codes and standards and supplemental requirements can not fully meet these safety requirements then a gap is identified. These gaps will be identified here and addressed using the Site Rail Transfer Cart (SRTC) Design Development Plan. The codes and standards, supplemental requirements, and design development requirements are provided in the SRTC and associated rails gap analysis table in Appendix A. Because SRTCs are credited with performing functions important to safety (ITS) in the NSDB, design basis requirements are applicable to ensure equipment is available and performs required safety functions when needed. The gap analysis table is used to identify design objectives and provide a means to satisfy safety requirements.
