This report is an overview of the major training activities and facilities of thefederal departments and agencies that provide counter-terrorism training. It identifiessome of the issues associated with the training, including the possible duplication of federal counter-terrorism training programs; determination of Department of Homeland Security counterterrorismtraining priorities; and possible redundancy and coordination of DHS counter-terrorismtraining programs.
