This report provides and analysis of the Paid Leave Analysis grants awarded in 2014 to Massachusetts, Montana, Rhode Island and the District of Columbia. Additionally it identifies general lessons learned about what t takes to study, develop, and implement a state-level paid family and medical leave program.
