Corporate data quality management is a vital component of a reliable GHG accounting system. This report is intended to assist corporate GHG reporters and government authorities in the process of establishing a GHG data quality management system.There are three phases in developing, implementing, and improving GHG data quality management systems in corporate level. Based on the Chinese and international experience, this report summarized a comprehensive method for establishing data quality management systems for companies across all sectors. It also developed policy recommendations for regulators to improve corporate GHG reporting in China.This report was originally published in March 2014 on our WRI China website.
