【 摘 要 】

This Chapter of the Code of Virginia concerns the Corn Board which is established within the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services of Virginia. It provides rules for composition and appointment of members and determines the powers and duties of the Board. Notably, the Corn Board supports programs of market development, education, publicity, research, and the promotion of the sale and use of corn. The Chapter also establishes a special nonreverting fund known as the Virginia Corn Fund.
