【 摘 要 】

This Decree applies to breeders, traders and processing plants of animals for food production. A national residues monitoring system shall be operated and an annual inspection plan shall be released by the Ministry of Rural Development. The Ministry coordinates the activities of institutions aimed at the implementation of this Decree and collects data necessary for evaluation of the implemenation.
