【 摘 要 】

This Statutory Measure requires persons defined in a Levy Notice issued under the Marketing of Agricultural Products Act, 1996 to register with the levy administrator for designated animals, red meat products, meat products, hides and skins. This is necessary to ensure that continuous, up-to-date and accurate information relating to designated animals slaughtered and marketed is available to all persons involved so as to enhance the viability of the red meat industry.
