【 摘 要 】

These Regulations amend the Public Health (Slaughter of Animals) Regulations by deleting regulation 7(3) and the Second Schedule (fees for abattoir services). A new Schedule is put in place for the old one. Regulation 7(3) stipulated that any owner may request that a carcass be hung for more than 12 hours, and if there is room in the abattoir that will be done, without additional charge up to 24 hours.
