【 摘 要 】

This Federal Law regulates relations dealing with processing, storage, transportation, labelling and trade of organic production. It shall not be applicable medicines, forest seeds, products of hunting and fish products (except for aquaculture products). Organic products shall be considered ecologically clean agricultural commodities, raw materials and foodstuffs complying with the requirements set forth by this Federal Law.
