【 摘 要 】

These Regulations make technical amendments to the Food Information Regulations 2014 and specify, for the purposes of section 15(A)(b) of the Food Safety Act 1990 the 2014 Regulations as food information law. The specification enables enforcement action to be taken under that Act for breaches of the 2014 Regulations. The Regulations also amend the Bread and Flour Regulations 1998.
