【 摘 要 】

With a view to taking into account the international standard for edible casein products adopted by the Codex Alimentarius Commission, this Directive repeals Council Directive 83/417/EEC and sets out new provisions applicable to caseins and caseinates which are intended for human consumption and mixtures thereof. Specific provisions concern labelling.
