【 摘 要 】

This Act establishes the Agricultural Commodities Regulatory Authority as a body corporate and defines its functions and powers. The Authority shall be a semi-autonomous agency of the Government and shall be under the general supervision and director of the Ministry. The Authority shall be governed by a Board of Directors, while the Director General shall be responsible for the day to day management of the affairs of the Authority.
