【 摘 要 】

This order sets catering standards for pre-schools, secondary schools and children’s social care institutions conducive to healthy children's diets and eating habits, ensuring food safety and quality standards and the satisfaction of their physiological needs. Detailed requirements on the supply of food, food handling facilities, cooking and serving are established, as well as prohibited food supplements.
