【 摘 要 】

This Regulation aims to establish a National Legume Council composed of traders, industries, associations, cooperatives, research and educational institutes concerned with legumes and legume products. The Regulation sets forth the principles and procedures of establishment, operation, management, functions, authority, control and financing of the National Legume Council. The Regulation states that within the framework of production and industrial activities in the agricultural sector, the Counci
