The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to EU quality requirements for fruits and vegetables. The Ordinance consists of 5 articles as follows: Sphere of application (1); Exemptions (2); Surveillance by the Federal Institute of Agriculture and Food (3); Penalties (4); Administrative agency (5).
