【 摘 要 】

The purpose of the present Law shall be regulation in the sphere of legal protection and use of trademarks. Trademark shall not contain false appellation or misleading for the consumer as regards traceability of the producer and country of origin. Legal protection of trademark shall start from the date of the official registration thereof. Legal protection of trademark shall cease in case of liquidation of legal person or change of its corporate name.
