【 摘 要 】

These Regulations make provision with respect to control of the import, development, export, research, transit, contained use, release or placing on the market of any genetically modified organism to be used in food or feed or for processing. Import of a GMO shall be authorized in accordance with these Regulations by the National Biosafety Authority if it does not pose any significant risks to human or animal health, biological diversity, non-genetically modified crops or the environment.
