【 摘 要 】

Pursuant to Council Directive 2001/114/EC relating to certain partly or wholly dehydrated preserved milk for human consumption, a new article (80a) has been introduced to the Food Code reflecting the principles of the afore-mentioned Directive. The provisions of this article shall apply to milk products as defined in Annex I. Addition of vitamins is allowed subject to the conditions set out in article 5.
