This Regulation, issued by the Ministry of Regional Municipalities and Water Resources, consists of 11 articles. It provides for: a necessary municipal license; location and details for interior decor. It also gives regulations for workers, such as health card, annual medical examination, uniforms, head-dresses and masks.
