【 摘 要 】

This Act consists of 43 articles divided into 7 Chapters and 2 Annexes. Chapter II concerns the preservation of the marine and coastal environment from pollution. Chapter III is devoted to interventions in case of incidents involving substances that may create a hazard to the marine environment. The Act deals further with penalties in case of discharge into the sea of noxious substances listed in Annex 1. Chapter V concerns the establishment of marine reserves by decree of the Ministry of the Me
