【 摘 要 】

This Law regulates the issues of classification of the territory in special areas, establishes regime of their use and protection, living conditions of the population, economic, scientific research and other activities in the aforesaid areas. The Law ensures and guarantees regime of use and protection of the aforesaid areas for the purpose of reduction of radioactive irradiation on human health and ecosystems.
