【 摘 要 】

The objectives of this Agreement are: a) to foster cooperation between the Parties concerning the environmental assessment of proposed projects; b) to set out the principles for carrying out a cooperative environmental assessment and describe the roles and responsibilities of the Parties in implementing cooperative environmental assessments, thereby achieving greater efficiency and effectiveness in the use of public and private resources; and c) to achieve increased certainty and predictability
