【 摘 要 】

The scope of this Law shall be protection of human health and the right to clean and healthy environment free of tobacco smoke, and also restriction on turnover of tobaccos, state supervision and control over circulation of tobaccos and smoking in public places. Industrial cultivation of tobacco without special permission issued by the Ministry of Agriculture shall be prohibited.
