【 摘 要 】

This Law provides for the establishment of the Disaster and Emergency Management Authority (AFAD) under the Prime Ministry, aiming at the efficient management and governance of disasters and emergency services and civil defense. The Law sets forth the rules and procedures of the duties, responsibilities and authorities of AFAD.
