【 摘 要 】

Paragraph 4 of the article 20 of the Law "on environmental protection" acquires a new wording. It reads as follows: "90 percent of environmental charges for normative and excessive discharge and storage of hazardous substances are transferred to the special non-budgetary ecological funds, while 10 percent is transferred to the Federal Budget for financing of territorial (local) branches of the state management in the field of environmental protection."
